- Event CRM and Calendar on your phone: Update event details, guest counts, menus and dietary requirements from the floor or the venue, and see each event's status and numbers at a glance.
- BEOs and allergen matrices in hand: Review BEOs, Guest Menus and allergen matrices on the phone. What you approve is exactly what the kitchen prints.
- Capture recipes and menus with the camera: Photograph a recipe or menu, or upload a PDF. Havenue extracts the dishes, ingredients and quantities; you correct and approve them before anything is saved. Allergen information is never assumed.
- Costs and reports on mobile: Recipes, sub-recipes, set menus and portion rules with the same numbers as the desk, plus P&L and cost reports sized for one hand.
- Give each teammate the right workspace: Sales can focus on the event pipeline, kitchen teams can see preparation and dietary work, and managers can see costs and P&L. Save each view, make it the person's default, and control who can edit sensitive information.
