- Open your phone browser: Go to app.havenue.co and sign in. Your workspace loads with the same events, recipes and costs as the desk.
- Work the event where you stand: Update guest numbers, menus, dietaries and details; see each event's status, documents and financial picture at a glance.
- Capture paper with the camera: Photograph a recipe or menu, or upload a PDF. Review the dishes, ingredients and quantities, correct anything, then approve before it is saved.
- One approved version for the team: Change a guest count, menu or dietary requirement once. Sales, kitchen and finance see the same approved information moments later.

Do I need to install anything?
No. Havenue Mobile runs in your phone's browser at app.havenue.co. Sign in and work.
Is it the same data as desktop?
Yes. Phone and desktop use the same event record. Confirm a change once and the rest of the team sees the same approved information moments later.
Can several people work at once?
Yes. Teams work in parallel across devices. If two people edit the very same detail at the same moment, Havenue tells the second person instead of silently overwriting the first. Nobody's work disappears.
What happens if I lose signal?
Your screen keeps what it has. When you're back, Havenue quietly brings it current. Unsaved edits stay yours.
Does scanning replace review?
No, and that's deliberate. You always see exactly what was read and approve it before it enters your records. Allergen information is never assumed.
Which phones are supported?
Current iPhones and Android phones, in the browser. Tablets and desktops keep their full layouts.
