Drop in your existing PDFs, documents, spreadsheets, photos, and screenshots. Havenue reads them and builds a clean digital recipe database, with allergens, costs, and review notes attached.

AI import takes the recipes and menus your team has already written, in whatever shape they arrived in, and turns them into a clean digital library your kitchen can rely on. Each ingredient is tagged with the right allergens, each recipe gets a cost, and nothing is retyped.

## The problem this solves

Most venues already have hundreds of recipes written down somewhere: a chef's notebook, an old Word file, a supplier set menu, a printed PDF. Getting them into a working system used to mean weeks of retyping and a steady stream of mistakes. AI import removes that step.

## How it works

1. **Drop in your files** : PDFs, Word documents, Excel and CSV files, photos, and screenshots all upload together.
2. **Havenue reads each file** : Multi-file uploads run in parallel, so a problem with one file never holds up the rest.
3. **Review with confidence** : Every extracted recipe shows where it came from, with a short snippet and a confidence score, so you publish only what looks right.
4. **Publish to your library** : Approved recipes land in the Menu Library with allergens, dietaries, and costs already attached.
